The Rose Charitable Foundation
The Rose is a charity set up by Roseville Projects. Our aim is to support charities with the same or similar objects to us. Our objects include those who are currently serving or who have served in the armed forces, promoting the relief of people of all ages who have physical and mental disabilities, promoting healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of sports and to help young people, not exclusively through leisure activities, to develop their capabilities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society. Every £1 donation made to us goes to those we support 100%.
We are extremely proud of being a 100% output charity.
Who we support
Above are two of our beneficiaries, on the left, Tom Miller, an incredible young guy who has cerebral palsy. The 2012 Olympics inspired him to take up wheelchair racing and he has never looked back. On the right, Jaco van Gass, after losing his arm in Afghanistan, he has taken on many challenges, cycling for GB being one of them. Jaco uses cycling as a method of recovery, The Rose supports him to be able to compete at the highest level.
